Pines is pleased to offer services that promote overall well-being. Our Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner staffs each of our primary health care centers located in Caribou, Presque Isle, Van Buren and Fort Fairfield.
The psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) providers outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management services. Each patient receives individualized care to ensure proper medication dosage and management. The PMHNP works closely with primary care providers on treatment plans and care coordination. They also refer patients for outside counseling services as needed.
